• First-Year Freshmen Enrollment Procedures

• According to the announcement of the school registration date

• Parents fill in the relevant information through the website https://public.moe.gov.my established by the government to apply for the school they want to attend in the first grade. Parents print the completed form and submit it to the relevant school together with the required documents (note: within two weeks)

• If you have any questions, you can come to the school to ask the secretary

• Student birth certificate

• Baby Vaccinations and Health Report Booklet

• Parent information
• Required documents:
• Student birth certificate (original and copy)
• Building tax bill/water bill/electricity bill/telephone bill/house sale document (S&P) or
• 租房子契约（正和副本）

1. 家长或监护人身份证（正和副本各一张）
2. 结婚证书/离婚证书副本
3. 监护人授权书（如有）-（正和副本领取学校入学报名的通告）

• 医生报告与OKU卡（如有）-（正和副本）
• 预防针注射同意书（正本）注：家长必须签名

**特此声明，校方只负责接受学生的报名，并不保证会被录取。**

1. 如果学生生病或其他事故需要请假，必须根据以下程序。
   1. 致电通知学校或者班主任
   2. 必须准备一封正式请假信或者是医生请假信函

2.凡是没有正式通知学校而无故缺席的学生，当作是旷课。

3. 到办公室见行政人员，取得允许
4. 到学生的班上，见老师
